One of the great joys of releasing a new book is the cover art, especially when the author has control over how the words in her book are visually represented. Though I’ve certainly been blessed with fabulous covers from RandomHouse, HarperCollins, and Bantam, I’m most excited about my Age of Faith covers and now the cover of LADY AT ARMS, a retitled “clean read” rewrite of my 1994 release WARRIOR BRIDE. And so, without further ado, here she is:

  1. She’s lovely! I have heard from so many authors about how unhappy they have been at times with their book covers;I’m glad that you are happy with yours.
[My current guest,Elaina Lee, is a cover artist.Of the books I know, she truly illustrated the feel of the books.]
Best of luck with this one,Tamara!

It’s great that you’re ‘cleaning up’ some of your earlier books, too. Splendid idea, and may God bless both it and you.

I’ve just ‘discovered’ you after reading Splitting Harriet! It’s such beautiful story of the Holy Spirit’s work in the messiness of life. I just reviewed it on my blog.

So cool, how you write out of your kitchen and love it. Like Rosamund Pilcher and Jane Austen who also wrote in the hustle and bustle of family life.
